Lupita Nyong’o Shines in Sleek Pointed Aldo Shoes in London

Lupita Nyong’o was spotted in a pair of ALDO Stessy 2.0 closed-toe stiletto pumps on Wednesday in London while doing press for her new film “A Quiet Place: Day One.”

The actress chose the brown multi color for her day of work, though the heel comes in 11 different shades and retails for $98 and offers a slightly lower heel and a longer toe box. Nyong’o was seen in the brand’s Stessysling slingback heel earlier this week.

Scheduled to release on June 28, the upcoming flick is an apocalyptic horror film directed and written by Michael Sarnoski. The spin-off prequel and the third installment in the “A Quiet Place” film series in which Nyong’o stars alongside Djimon Hounsou, Joseph Quinn and Alex Wolff.

Styled by Micaela Erlanger, elevated sandals have been a staple part of the actress’ wardrobe in recent weeks. In April, Nyong’o appeared at the 2024 CinemaCon event held in Los Angeles wearing a pair of strappy sandals from Betsey Johnson. The shoes featured a leopard sole along with a velvet rosette that included imitation pearl embellishments, a metallic 3.5 inch stiletto heel and an ankle strap that boasted a set of small crystalized buckles. The “Black Panther” star is a frequent Aldo supporter, but also counts Calvin Klein and Chanel as a few of her other favorites when it comes to footwear brands.
